Resources & Supports for Families and Caregivers

Family Communication

At Wings Academy, families are valued partners. We are committed to open, consistent communication and collaborative problem-solving, providing regular updates on student progress and timely outreach when support is needed. Strong home–school partnerships are essential to helping every student grow and succeed. Families play an important role in the Wings Academy community. We encourage ongoing collaboration through IEP meetings, progress updates, family conferences, and regular communication with staff. Families are also invited to participate in school events, planning discussions, and celebrations of student growth. Together, we create a strong partnership that supports each child’s success.

Wings Academy is committed to supporting not only our students, but their families as well. Caregivers have access to guidance, resources, and connections to help navigate educational planning, behavior support, and community services. We work collaboratively with families to share strategies, provide referrals when appropriate, and ensure caregivers feel informed, supported, and never alone on their journey.
