Welcome to Henry-Stark Counties Special Education District's web site. The purpose of this site is to to open up the lines of communication between HSCSED and the parents of the students we serve, provide an overview of our services and programs, and to report leadership initiatives.
We are a special education district that serves eight member districts in the counties of Henry and Stark. HSCSED is committed to providing effective programs and services designed to improve the quality of life for students with special needs.
